How can you get started?
Browse the hundreds of properties listed by us either on our site or on other popular real estate sites (like Zillow or Redfin). Take the virtual tour or visit in person by either calling one of our local agents or through your agents. We make the purchase process ever so easy for you, including providing attractive financing negotiated through well known banks.
Maintenance and resale
We have local custodians that will be your best friend during your stay to answer any questions or attend to your needs, big or small.
Since your share is an equity in a real estate it will grow with the market and you can sell your share in the future if your needs were to change. We can help you with that process too. See our home listings to get started.

We focus on turnkey homes that are recently built or remodeled with high end and modern amenities.
We understand that while you are on vacation, every hour matters and you shouldn't be spending your time dealing with broken appliances or any other issues that come with an older home.

Our properties are well selected based on thorough market research and are situated conveniently in locations offering a wide variety of activities including hiking, skiing, golfing, beach and wine tasting.
